Heart Lake is located 20 km off Highway 881 from Lac La Biche to Conklin.

The Lake is on the First Nation Indian Reserve.

The fishing is outstanding for northern pike. They is camping available as well

as a boat launch ( good for bigger boats). The highway is paved from Lac La Biche

to the turnoff, and then 20km of gravel.  Sir Winston  Churchill Provincial Park is

approx 35 min away.  Fishing a combination of Lakes, Lac La Biche, Heart Lake,

Christina Lake ( Conklin)  would make a great fishing trip.
